- Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any marketing or promotional service from Crowd on Street, the client automatically agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this document, regardless of whether they have explicitly read them or not.
This agreement is legally binding and applies to all transactions, including those made via PayPal or any third-party payment platform.
2. Nature of Marketing Services
Crowd on Street provides digital music promotion services designed to increase exposure and visibility. These services include:
- Spotify promotion campaigns
- Playlist pitching (organic)
- Digital advertisements (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Audience targeting and reach campaigns
All services are delivered on a best-effort basis, meaning we aim to maximize reach and engagement but do not control final outcomes.
3. No Guaranteed Results Policy
Crowd on Street does NOT guarantee:
- A fixed number of streams
- A fixed number of views
- Specific playlist placements
- Virality or algorithmic growth
Any figures discussed (including but not limited to “expected”, “estimated”, or “potential” streams such as 10,000) are purely projections based on past campaign performance and must not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee.
Actual results depend on multiple external factors including:
- Listener behavior
- Song quality and retention
- Market competition
- Platform algorithms (Spotify, Instagram, etc.)
4. Organic Promotion Policy
All services provided by Crowd on Street are strictly organic and compliant with platform guidelines.
4.1 What is Organic Promotion?
Organic promotion includes:
- Real audience engagement
- Ads targeted to genuine listeners
- Playlist pitching to legitimate curators
- Algorithm-based discovery growth
These methods ensure long-term artist growth and platform safety.
5. Fraudulent Streams & Fake Promotion Disclaimer
5.1 What Are Fraudulent Streams?
Fraudulent or artificial streams include:
- Bot-generated plays
- Click farms
- Fake playlists with non-human traffic
- Manipulated streaming activity
These practices violate Spotify’s policies and may result in:
- Song removal
- Account penalties
- Royalty withholding
5.2 Our Position
Crowd on Street strictly does NOT provide or support:
- Fake streams
- Bot traffic
- Artificial engagement
- Black-hat promotion techniques
We are not responsible for:
- Any prior or third-party fake promotion used by the client
- Algorithmic drops due to external factors
- Platform actions taken by Spotify or other services
6. Playlist Pitching Clarification
6.1 Organic Playlist Pitching
- Submission to real curators
- No guaranteed placement
- Based on curator preference and track quality
6.2 Fake Playlist Pitching (Not Provided by Us)
- Guaranteed placements
- High streams with low engagement
- Bot-driven listeners
Crowd on Street only engages in organic pitching and does not guarantee playlist inclusion.
7. Advertising Disclaimer
All advertisements run by Crowd on Street:
- Target real audiences
- Follow platform advertising guidelines
- Aim to maximize reach and conversions
However, we do not guarantee:
- Conversion into streams
- Listener retention
- Engagement consistency
Ad performance depends heavily on the end user’s interest in the music.
8. Refund & Dispute Policy
8.1 No Refund Policy
All payments made to Crowd on Street are final and non-refundable, including:
- Completed campaigns
- Ongoing campaigns
- Partially delivered services
8.2 PayPal Disputes
By purchasing our services, the client agrees that:
- Filing a dispute without valid grounds violates this agreement
- Services are intangible and performance-based
- Results are not guaranteed, hence cannot be used as a basis for refund claims
We reserve the right to submit this agreement as evidence in response to any payment dispute.
9. Service Fulfillment Clause
A campaign is considered fulfilled when:
- The agreed promotional activity has been executed
- Ads or outreach have been run as planned
Fulfillment is not dependent on achieving a specific number of streams or views.
10. Client Responsibility
The client acknowledges that:
- Music quality directly impacts performance
- No marketing agency can guarantee audience behavior
- Expectations must be realistic and aligned with industry standards
11. Limitation of Liability
Crowd on Street shall not be held liable for:
- Lower-than-expected results
- Algorithm changes
- Platform penalties
- Audience response
Our responsibility is limited strictly to executing the agreed promotional service.
