  • Recurring Subscriptions:
    • You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
    • Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles; no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

B. Distribution Services

  • Once a music distribution request is submitted and processing begins, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  1. If a purchased service is unavailable due to an error or fault on our part.
  2. If a technical issue prevents us from providing the service, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

B. Non-Refundable Items

  • Membership plans are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Payments made for music distribution services are non-refundable once the distribution process has started.
  • Refunds are not issued for user errors, such as uploading incorrect files or providing incorrect metadata.
